All beds, mattresses, scooters, lift chairs, power wheelchairs and hygiene products are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return of eligible items must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Return of ineligible final sale items will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a non-negotiable restocking fee of 35% of the original purchase price and must be in original packaging, with original receipt presented. In order to reduce the potential for damage, returns must be picked up at the home of the customer by a HomEquip representative. HomEquip reserves the right to refuse the return of any item brought to a HomEquip location by the customer for return.
Due to differences in display resolutions and lighting, product colours may appear different in your home than on our website or in our showroom. Such differences in colour appearance will not result in return or exchange of any item outside of our regular return and final sale policies.
HomEquip is not responsible for any injury, condition or damage caused by the use of the equipment it provides, and does not represent that the use of such equipment will result in improvement of the condition of the user.
The use of the equipment provided by HomEquip can be dangerous without proper assembly, installation and observance of instructions. Please use the equipment only after proper assembly and installation by a HomEquip representative and in accordance with the instructions provided. If the customer chooses to forgo the assembly and/or installation of equipment by a HomEquip representative, any risk of injury and/or damage caused by improper assembly or installation will be that of the customer’s.
*Some sale exclusions may apply including but not limited to: Masks, Gloves, Travel Buggy & Accessories, WHILL & Accessories, UPWalker, IndeeLift, Tena Products and products requiring a quote as those cannot be purchased online. Products already on sale cannot be further discounted with any sitewide sales.
