The Somnia 03” is optimized for sleeping on the back to stabilize sleep and increase the level of recovery. The alignment of the body must be respected in order to avoid tensions. The thickness specifically reproduces its natural alignment. When lying on your back, weight is concentrated in the neck. That is why the Somnia 03” includes a double density memory foam cervical reinforcement. The design is modeled on the contour of the human body which, no matter the size, is relatively similar in the supine position.

Simply align the highest side of the pillow with the cervical region. This section of the pillow has a high density reinforcement reducing strain on the neck. The beveled edge of the cervical section provides increased support for trapezoids. Although the thickness, proportions and reinforcement of the pillow favors sleeping on your back, the Somnia 03'’ may be used for sleeping in another position, if you are comfortable.
